Day #1 down
My juice cleanse. Last drink of the day.
1 Orange, 2 celery sticks, 2 carrots, 1 apple, 1/2 cucumber, & 1 handful of spinach.
I’m new to this, and I really wanted to reset/clean my system after a long 3 months of eating junk. I’m doing a trial run of 3 days right now to see how it goes, and if I handle it well, I will push for 5 and so forth. I’m throwing in whatever I feel is healthy, rotating different Veggies/Fruits through out the day. So far, I’m not a fan of throwing any amount of Beets in my juice. Hahaha.. But I’ll do it cause it has its health benefits, and it’s good for running.
